All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

USPS Priority Mail (Weight-based, Cubic, Flat Rate, Regional Rate)

USPS First-Class Packages

  • Mail delivered in 1–5 business days
  • Small packages delivered in 2–5 business days
  • Best priced service for items up to 13 oz

Parcel Select Ground

  • Estimated delivery within 2-8 days

  • Subject to delays

  • No money-back guarantee from USPS for late delivery

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 857 South Main St. Suite 4, Greensburg, PA 15601. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions to arrange pickup.

Pickup may also be requested via email for our Westmoreland Mall location.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States. We hope to offer shipping to our international customers soon.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at rockbottomje@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
